An Interim Executive Board has been established to provide the necessary leadership and accountability to support the school’s improvement journey over the next 12 months. This is a strategic response to the school’s involvement in the RISE (Regional Improvement for Standards and Excellence programme) and will ensure the following is in place:
· Stronger strategic leadership and accountability
· Improved oversight of school improvement efforts
· Enhanced credibility with external stakeholders, including the RISE team
· Opportunity to build a more skilled and effective governance team
This arrangement will be reviewed in January 2027.
