Assessment

Our assessment model is designed not only to measure progress but also to support learning. Through regular feedback, retrieval practice and practical application, pupils develop from building secure knowledge and practical confidence in Key Stage 3 to applying, analysing and evaluating their learning independently in Key Stage 4. This ensures they are well prepared for success in the Eduqas GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition course and for making informed food choices beyond the classroom.
